Overview
This website is operated by FlingFlow Store, based in Finland. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General information
FlingFlow offers carefully selected products that support well-being, sustainability, and mindful living.
By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or have consent from a guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when necessary (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues).

2. Prices & payments
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers available at checkout.
We may update prices or product details at any time. The price charged is always the one shown at checkout.

3. Shipping & delivery
Orders are shipped from EU-based warehouses unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Delivery times depend on destination and carrier. If delays occur due to logistics or suppliers, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Returns & refunds (EU right of withdrawal)
EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
Some products (such as hygiene-sensitive or customised items) may be excluded from returns unless defective.

5. Product information & availability
We aim to present descriptions and images accurately. Minor variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

We process personal data in accordance with the EU GDPR. Data is used only for order processing, customer support, and legal obligations.

7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g. carrier delays, supplier disruptions, force majeure).
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. We aim to resolve disputes amicably first.
If needed, disputes may be handled by the competent court in Finland, in line with EU consumer regulations.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform where applicable.
