🌿 FlingFlow – Return & Refund Policy
At FlingFlow, we aim to provide clear and fair return terms in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email within 14 days of delivery at support@flingflow.com.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original or equivalent packaging. Please include your order number and name with the return.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, as appropriate.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@flingflow.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Product Use
Customers are responsible for using products according to provided instructions. FlingFlow is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
