At FlingFlow, we aim to make every delivery as smooth and sustainable as possible.
Our products are shipped directly from our trusted EU and international partners to reduce unnecessary transport and packaging waste.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped, if tracking is available for your item.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery within 5–12 business days inside the EU. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and warehouse location.

Shipping fees
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Occasionally we offer free shipping campaigns.

Multiple items
If your order includes products from different collections or suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages.

Damaged or delayed delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged or seems delayed, please contact us at support@flingflow.com  so we can check it with our shipping partner.
