🌿 FlingFlow Return & Refund Policy

At FlingFlow, we believe that honesty and peace of mind should flow naturally — also when it comes to shopping.
Our return policy is simple, fair, and transparent. We want you to feel good about every choice you make, knowing that we’ll handle any issues with care and respect.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery (EU right of withdrawal). Items must be unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Keep your receipt or order confirmation. 

How to start a return 

Email support@flingflow.com  with your order number and photos (if damaged/incorrect). We’ll reply with return instructions, RMA=Return Merchandise Authorization/ palautusvahvistus and the correct return address. Returns are processed by our fulfillment partners. The correct return address will always be provided after approval. 

Damaged / incorrect items
Check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Exclusions (for hygiene & safety)
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of used towels, opened personal-care items, cosmetics, custom/personalised products, or hazardous goods—unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges
Fastest way: return the item as above and place a new order once your return is approved.                                                                                                         

Warranty                                                                                                                           In warranty cases, we follow the manufacturer’s or supplier’s official warranty terms.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected by our partner, we’ll notify you. If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank/card may need extra time). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Who pays return shipping?

  • Our mistake / damaged item: we cover reasonable return or replacement shipping.

  • Change of mind / wrong size or colour: customer covers return shipping.

Do not send returns without RMA. Packages sent without prior approval may be rejected.
